Thomas Taylor came to California in the early 80's. He completed his Bachelor's of Science at the University of California, Berkeley in the field of Energy Conservation, with an emphasis on engineering and sciences. He transferred from the University of Michigan where he had been studying Engineering.
His technical and scientific interests give him an excellent understanding of the physics of structure and how to build increasingly elegant structures. His dedication to innovation has helped with organizational development from designing, bidding, planning, and executing the job.
He has owned two triplexes, taking them though planning and ultimate condo conversion for sale as individual units. He has had wonderful acknowledgement from his peers, real estate professionals, and inspectors over the details of both turn of the century "grand old ladies".
